My first time here at this location with my son Tiger. Nick and Milad are very friendly, super nice and helpful, Great customer service. This place is so much fun for kids and adults. Just need more billiards tablets since people played long time on this sport and not sharing to others.
Still highly recommend
First time here and became a member for the year as a PISD resident and over 60 for$149 and 2 free guest passes! A cushioned track, two weight/equipment rooms, pickleball courts, workout classes(which cost extra) and a beautiful facility! And what I love the most is my "punch card" worth four drop in classes for $32!
My son attends a Friday evening martial arts class at this center, in the gym beside the basketball court. It’s hard for us to sit and watch his class, because there are dozens of completely unruly kids/teens that hang out in this area of the Rec. No respect for themselves or adults, using horrible language (We get to hear them call each other N**** all evening, yelling, running, screaming, leaving trash everywhere. There is zero adult supervision, and it’s really disgusting to be around. It’s a shame because otherwise this seems like a very nice center.
I went here for the first time today and I had very high hopes from what I'd heard about it from other people. And it is really nice and clean in there and I have no notes about the actual place or the environment. However, the people who work there are both short and incompetent. Me and my friends were going to the dance room upstairs. To go in there you have to be 16 and pay a fee. However, when me and my friend got up we had all of 5 min to work and then a woman came in and told us that we needed to leave because she was about to teach a class. Obviously this was both planned and the lady had had the room rented out for a while. So either the man we dealt with was stupid or the organization is just not organized! By the time we left we were out money and 5 min of our lives. The people that are running the center need to pay more attention to what is going on that day! Do better! I recommend going somewhere where they actually have smart people working it!
We had a great time at Tom Muehlenbeck Center! The place is very clean, and the price is reasonable. Indoor pool had lazy river and water slide. Outdoor area was awesome with splash pad, kids area, water slides, and pool. Water slides are for kids 48 inches and up. There were a lot of tables in the shade, which is very helpful in this heat. And lastly, stuff sold at the concession stand were not expensive at all. Frozen fruit bar was just a dollar.
Great Family friendly place. Great place for the kidos to splash around. You can bring coolers in with your food for the day. Splash area for the little littles. And nice 3ft 6in pool for older kids and sldes for older ones as well. They also have an indoor area that wluld be excellent except for one thing. The smell of clorine in tbere was so strong it made my head hur andmy eyes where stinging. Others didnt seem to mind but it sure did bother me. Other than that tho its an overal nice place.
Excellent fitness center. If you want swimming in lanes , this is the best in Plano TX. There is a separate pleasure indoor pool. Outdoor pools are open only during summertime. It has indoor walking track at second floor. The facility has indoor many tennis and basket ball court. It offer play area and room for celebration that covers the indoor pool access. It has room for various exhibition. I have shared one such flower exhibition photo. If like the photos please like and share.
